Refund Policy

1. Refunds

If the item you receive isn’t exactly what you ordered or you experience an issue with your order just contact us via the website or email us directly by responding to your order confirmation email with details of the issue and we will discuss a suitable resolution.  You must notify us of any issues within 10 days of placing your order.

Possible resolutions may include refund or exchange. We only refund, replace or exchange item(s) if the item(s) sent to you does not match the item ordered.

If your order is returned, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. See Returns information below.

Once your return is received by us and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.

 

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


2. Returns

If you need to return an item the following conditions apply to be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must have been purchased within the last 10 days, with proof of purchase available. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, and undamaged, in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened and intact packaging.

 

Care should be taken when posting returns to ensure the items are packaged well to avoid potential damage during delivery, and tape and stickers aren’t applied directly to product packaging.
